I have the "Empty Temp files folder on exit" checked in the tools>advanced.
But it doesn't work (cache still there after exiting) It works fine at my PC
at work. I read a MS knowledge base article about it, something about my
virus program may have a lock on it... I disabled my vscan and still no
workie... any ideas?

Here's a third-party program that can help. I use it on my computer, and
on my client's computers:

Empty Temp Folders
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Security/Secure-cleaning/Empty-Temp-
Folders.shtml

You can configure it to empty any folder you want when it runs, and has
some preconfigured folders, including the IE Internet Temporary Files
folder, that you can set.

You can set it to run and empty all configured folders, then quit, using
Scheduled Tasks, or run it manually.
