Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>configuration_manage (more info?)

As user with administrative rights "Save Target As ..." works without
problems.
Any suggestions?

Content Advisor enabled? If yes, this behavior is expected when the user
does not know the password to bypass the Advisor's restrictions.
