Post subject: Help with voice setup???
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>configuration_manage (more info?)

I receive this error code 0x80004005 when trying do a hardware test in voice
seteup. After this I get Windows cannot execute dpvsetup.exe. Use
Add\remove
progs. in Control panel.
This is a Dell Deminsion 2400 XP PRO SP1.
Can anyone give ne a clue? I searched the Knowledge base and came up with 1
Atricle that suggested changing the accleration, tried it and got the same
result.
I seems this is known bug in Xp. There has to be a fix, right? Maybe SP2?
Thanks, Al
