Help!! Error C0x0000006

I need some help, I had left my Laptop at home (a Compaq nc6000) while i
was on holidays when i got back i discovered I COULDN'T use the
"q,w,e,r,u,i,o,p" keys at ALL! After restarting my computer an error
code of c0x000021a occurred when i turned it on, I tried the safe mode
and it rebooted and then up came error "the application failed to
initialize properly (0xc0000006). click ok to terminate the
application."

After hitting "ok" it's just a dark blank screen with a mouse pointer.

I need to get in to my computer so i need to download windows xp, when
i bougth my laptop it didn't come with the disc.

Does any one know of ANY site that i can download it from and put on to
a disc to load on my laptop???

If it`s an xp laptop , you should have the original on a hidden
partition , F8 - safemode .
