Font For Both My Internet Browsers Suddenly Changed

I use both IE6 and Firefox browsers. For some reason, the default fonts
for both browsers has suddenly changed. The fonts which appear in both
browsers are now all italicized. I checked the font settings in both
programs and can find no italics chosen.

I have run three separate spyware/malware programs and nothing is showing.

Is there someplace in the Registry I can look at?

Never mind,

I discovered that somehow the arial.ttf font got deleted from my system.
Now that the font has been re-installed, everything is working fine.
