Dear ~DOC~,

In Internet Explorer, open Tools / Internet Options. Click on the
advanced tab - Push the "Reset" button.
Read the warning that pops up - if you agree - go ahead.

I'm assuming IE Version 7. IE6 is almost the same - (reset advanced
settings).

Good luck,

I went to my doctor yesterday. Told her I had a headache and asked
her what she thought was the problem.

What do you think she advised, moron?

Sure--provide some specific details so someone may have a shot at helping
you. Saying that something does not work is not helpful. Describe what
happens when you try, list any error messages verbatim, etc. Have you tried
to find help on the Adobe site?

Javascript or Java? Javascript is a scripting language that's builtin
to your browser (IE, Firefox, or whatever), and should be turned on by
default. Java is a full-blown programming language that's used to
write applets that run within a browser window. To run Java applets
you need to go to www.java.com, and click the big green "Free java
Download" button.

As for Flash: what Ron said!! We can't read your mind, and we can't
see your computer's screen. You'll have to tell us what's happening.
The more detail you give us, the more likely we'll be able to figure
something out.
