Explorer is not working. The error just says Windows Explorer has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience. I sent the error report to Microsoft, but no help there. Any
thoughts?

Suggestion. Download and install Mozilla Firefox. It works and is more secure.
