Error code 800a03ee

From time to time, I get an error message that says there is a problem with
vbscript, with a code of 800a03ee (I have to click "OK" to get rid of the
message in order to do anything else, so I can't say exactly what the message
is now).
When I googled that error code, the results included a Microsoft site that
discussed problems in doing some function in Site Server that I'm not doing
(or, at least, not knowingly doing). I'm just working in some random program
(e.g., Adobe Photoshop), and the message just pops up. When I click on it,
it sometimes goes away, and sometimes goes away but comes right back.
I haven't a clue why, and as you can tell I'm not a real techie, so I'm not
doing anything sophisticated here.
Any suggestions?

There are no vbscripts by default. Scan your system for malware.
