Erasing everything but Windows

I have XP pro with service pack 2, and a bunch of other software. I want to
erase everything but XP. Is there a way to have XP pro erase eveything but
windows and service packs?

Otehrwise I was probably just going to go to Control Panel.

No. You need to do it manually. Uninstall all the programs from the
control panel, and delete all the other files from "My Computer."

Why do you want to do this?
