Post subject: 'Enable Offline Files' turns itself off when I reboot
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>work_remotely (more info?)

I have a Dell Inspiron 2500 with WinXP Pro, and I can
enable and sync files fine, but when I reboot the 'Enable
Offline Files' checkbox is cleared and I can't access
offline files.

If I got into Control Panel -> Folder Options and reenable
it, I can access the files (without having to resync) but
this is a pain.

Is there a fix? I don't see this behaviour with a Windows
2000 system using offline files.

Thanks.
