My Laptop is refusing to switch on & returning ERROR 8602 - Auxiliary Device
failure.

Can anyone please help me through this?

Laptops are notoriously fragile. Some physical break in the system probably
occured through age or rough handling. Your only hope of a fix is with a
repair center. Hopefully it is under warantee.
