You have to ask your mail provider what those should be. If it's working in
Windows Live Mail and is not an HTTP account then you can get all but the
password from Windows Live Mail:
Tools | Accounts
Select the account and click Properties and go to the Servers tab.

If you want to be treated as shouting and therefore receive fewer answers,
post mostly in CAPITAL LETTERS.

Hi Djh,

You can read about Windows Live Mail (WLM) features here:

'Windows Live Mail' (http://morethanmail.spaces.live.com/)

You will need to contact your email provider, usually your ISP
(Internet Service Provider), to get your username and password to setup
and email account in Windows Mail (WM) or WLM. Your email provider will
also usually have a seupport webpage explaining how to setup an email
account in Outlook Express. WM and WLM use the same setup settings.

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Just use the Windows Live Mail program... it's better than the Windows Mail
program that came with Vista.

Unless you're talking about the Windows Live Hotmail service, which you can
access with a web browser or with the Windows Live Mail program.
