I deleted a user using the computer management, the user is deleted from
welcome screen, logins... however his profile still exists and i am unable to
delete it (some file being used by windows), so i wonder if someone can help
me to find a way to delete the profile in a clean way.
thanks

Logging off from a user account doesn't release all of its files. It
depends on some applications that may use the All Users account while
they are running within a particular users account. Microsoft UPHC
(User Profile Hive Cleanup) utility which runs as an NT service might
help to force an account's files to close completely. Otherwise,
reboot Windows and make sure you log under an admin account (i.e., a
different one than what you are trying to delete its files).

Reboot.
Logon as an administrative user. Delete the directory.

Worst case - Reboot into Safe Mode. Logon as an administrative user.
Delete the directory.
