I would like to change my default setting so that when I view images (.tiff)
that Windows Fax Viewer is what opens the image. Please help me change this
setting.

In Explorer, right click on a .tiff file, and choose "Open With...".
A submenu opens with "Choose Program..." as an option -- select that.

In the Choose Program dialog you'll see a check box "Always use the
selected program to open this type of file. Check it, select the
program you want for images, and click OK.
