Debugger Microsoft Script Editor

I am constantly being harassed by the script editor keep appearing saying web
pages need to be debugged. I (for my sins) am an AOL user. When I try to stop
the editor it freezes AOL (but not PC). How can I stop this appearing.
Everything was ok until it was installed in an update

Not sure it's the same in an AOL version of IE, but in IE you go to Internet
Options, Advanced tab, and check "Disable Script debugging" (2 of those) and
UNcheck "Display notification about every script error".
