Labeling cdrw drive and dvd drive - When i first installed my new dvd burner both drives had the names where there label is.. and now it is blank.. and i have tryed to rename these two but windows xp won't let me can anyone tell me how to rename them? I have also tryed restore but that.

this just started. I have an acer laptop runing vista I also have norton
running as my viruis protection. When I try to play a dvd I get the following
message when I try to access the drive. "windows cannot access the specified
devise, path or file. you may not have the appropriete permission to access
them" also before this my dvd's would auto run a play with not problems. By
the way I'm the administrator even though there are no other users for my
laptop

See if Windows update installed 943899 on your system, if it did remove it.
