For some reason, my disc drive, (d Smile

Have you tried system restore? Try this, Place a music CD into D: drive double click the "My Computer" icon on your desktop. Listed should be your drives, is D drive listed? If so, is it listed as having content?

D drive is listed, however, wen i open it, there are no folders files etc, it is just blank! :S

saving files to disc - I have many picture folders in "My Pictures" that I would like to save to CD's. The help box in My Pictures refers to clicking on "Save to CD" located in the Files & folders Tasks on the left hand side of the My Picture folders...

CD rom not reading any disc - My computer is not reading any disc in MS explorer, yet windows media player does. I removed the cd rom from the computer then rebooted. as predicted MS detected the cd rom and reinatslled the drivers. still not able to read disc's of any format in C...

wont copy photos to a disc - Can anyone help??? When I try to copy photos to a disc it says D:\ is not accessible. incorrect function. the same driver will play cds etc it just wont do photos or other file for that matter. I would appreciate any help.
