Running XP and there is this pesky little feature that allows you to
hold down the CTRL key and using the scroll wheel and zoom in or out
in IE7, Word and Excel windows. Because I run dozens of apps and have
different things open I often accidentally bump the CTRL key when
scrolling and zoom in or out. My Logitech mouse has dedicated buttons
to do this and to reset the zoom so I reall REALLY want to disable
this feature for CTRL + SCROLL to zoom.

Any idea on how to do this???????

Thanks in advance.
