Cool n Quiet

I have cool n quiet set up on my Athlon 64 3200+, and it works fine while I
am at the computer. The temp of the Processor drops to 30C when idle (CPU
Usage 0%) and rises when under load. When I access the computer with RD the
temp rises to 35C (CPU Usage 0%) - the same temp as cool n quiet switched
off. I can accept that cool n quiet perhaps doesn't work during a RD session
but my problem is when I disconnect the session cool n quiet doesn't kick
in until I go back to the computer and start a normal console session. Does
anyone have any ideas as to what is going on or how I might fix this.
