We are going to travel and would like to use my son's laptop to remotely
access our PC. I tried to connect and it doesn't work. I just remotely
accessed my PC yesterday from another computer and it works fine. Is there a
problem since they are on the same network configuration and does anyone know
how to set this one up?

If your PC is behind a firewall or router make sure you open/forward TCP
Port 3389 through the router to the private static LAN IP of your PC. Call
using the public IP of the firewall or router when at a remote location.
