I have an icon on my desktop that launches a Notes IM application, something
happens during the launching of the application that changes the color
settings on my computer to the Low(8-bit) setting; every single time I launch
this application. I change it back to High quality setting after the program
is running and everything looks fine; until I launch it the next time. HELP!!
