System Admin? If so, leave it be. Your account with admin privileges?
Control Panel/User Accounts/Your Profile/Change Name.

Manage computer, Local Users and Groups, Users, right-click Administrator,
Rename,
or
run control userpasswords2, Advanced tab, Advanced button, Local Users and
Groups, Users, right-click Administrator, Rename,
and DO NOT FORGET what you changed it into
Also you might consider giving this account a password to stop those
double-Ctrl_Alt_Del (administrator/blank password) tricksters trying to get
into your system
