When using request for assistance it gives you the option to use MSN or an
email program. Can anyone tell me how to change the email program from
Outlook to Outlook Express??

Hi Bizarro,

It is far easier to use Windows Live Messenger or Windows Messenger in requesting Remote Assistance. It is done, immediately rather then to wait for someone to get back to you.

For example, you connect with the person first, then in the Conversation Window, click Actions then click Request Remote Assistance. But make sure the Firewall is open or Disabled.
