How to Change the Welcome Page Screen Saver

OK - I give up! How do I change the welcome screen screen
saver? I want the kids to log off when they are done with
the computer but want to have the welcome screen screen
savior the same as the administrator - me.

Logon and set up the screensaver you want to use.

Install TweakUI.
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/home/downloads/powertoys.asp

Run TweakUI, expand Logon, select Settings, checkmark Screensaver, click
"Copy Now".
