Somehow I did something that changed the function of the "Caps Lock" key.
The key no longer workd as a Caps Lock, instead, it works like the "windows +
esc" keys, and opens the Start Menu. I have had no luck at all in trying to
change this back to operating as designed, and locking the caps. I hope
someone knows what I did, and how to reverse it.
Thanks!

I have not loaded any software recently, so there is nothing new in the
computer that should have changed it. I don't know what I did, but I'm
thinking I created some type of shortcut without knowing it. I'm not
computer illiterate, but this one has me stumped.

Did you try performing a system restore to a point before this began? I
don't know that it will fix your issue, but it's worth a try. I'd be
interested in knowing the result.

I have not tried any more complex things yet. Since this change happened on
the fly, without me realizing it, I figured that it must be some keystroke
combination that I performed. I'd rather undo the situation to reverse it
than to go reconfigure things first.
