DVD RW write operation is normal until the system has been in Standby. After
starting from Standby the write operation will appear to complete but then
goes into Not Responding status. A system reboot will reset this state and
write operation will complete. This is consistent

Using XP Pro with all updates installed. Nero 6.6.1.15 installed
