Normally my Win XP Prof system boots to the welcome screen then immediately
goes to the desktop.

Recently this changed, why I don't know. Now it boots to a Win XP screen with
the following statement"To begin, click your user name".I click my user name
and it continues to my desktop.

I've exhausted web resources for the fix and could use some advice on how to
return this to it's original state.

Any help is certainly appreciated.

Bob
