Hmm-somehow my original message disappeared.

I just got a new BlueParrot B200 VXI headset and B200 USB Cord
adapter. XP recognizes the unit with no problem. Vista (where I
normally work) adds VXI TalkPro USB to the list of audio/video devices
in Device Manager but the device fails to start. The details tab
says:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to
Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.

Occasionally when I plug in the USB connection I get:

Device driver software was not successfully installed
VXI TalkPro USB Failed

I've tried rebooting but no luck. BlueParrott is not being very
helpful. Does anyone have this unit working with Vista? If so, how
did you do it? Any ideas-other than BlueParrot isn't supporting
Vista???
