Auto-Complete Not Working. Ebay

I think its auto-complete or auto-fill. I'm seeing this
in ebay. They're telling me its XP. I use to log into
ebay using my used name and password. It would remember
both when I clicked "remember my password". Now, every
few screens, its asking me to re-log in. Once I type in
my user name it autofills the password because I asked it
to remember passwords but it keeps bringing up that log
on screen. It never did this. Something has changed.
I've installed a lot of software lately so I'm sure
that's got something to do with the reason but
regardless, I want to know how to switch it back.

Try opening IE, select tools-internet-options-settings-
click the advanced tab and under "personal information"
click "auto complete" and check forms, user name and
passwords, and prompt me...
If that doesnt work, double check your setting sin EBay
for "sign in preferences"
