Application Error

When I visit the site (http://www.tbch.org/start.aspx) and I hover over
the "read more>>>" links after a certain amount of time, I get an
iexplore.exe - Application Error.

"The instruction at "0x4a6905d7" referenced memory at "0x00000024".
The memory could not be "read".

This has been happening on all the machines I can find. What is the
problem?

Oh yes, I built this site, which is why I'm interested in the problem.
