Access is Denied

Hey...I cannot print out of IE. I get the message

Char:1
Error:Access is denied
Code: 0
URL res://C:\\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

I tried the copy paste thing into start, run, and then I put in the stuff
that I was told in another post to put in, 2 different things, and the
computer says OK, but I still cannot print out of IE ! I am in a panic, as I
am about to start an online class, and I hate to have to take my computer
into the shop for a week! thanks....Krispy
