What is ASP .Net State Service and .Net Framework? Is this needed on my
computer. I do not develop programs. There are updates for .Net Framework
and the updates will not install. Should I un-install this program? If so,
How? The add-remove in control panel will not remove it.

Thank you;
David

You probably installed a program that needed it - there are quite a few
around. I have .net 1,2,and 3 on my machine and I am not a developer
either....
Don't worry about it.
