Hello,
I have read through the posts here about missing icons for file types but
have not found the solution for my problem.
Using Windows Vista Ultimate.
I have Creative Suite CS2 installed and all programs and files work fine.
However, all AI files (Illustrator) show a blank page as the icon. The
software icon is on my taskbar.
What I read was that under the Tools, Folder options and File Type you could
change the icon. But I cannot even see the "File Type" tab!
Arggh!
Appreciate the help, thanks!

I am fighting the same issue and don't have a solution. However, I think
Adobe has disabled the use of previews/icons and this is causing an issue.
