C++ program to work with ActiveSync

You can use CeRunAppAtEvent() to let your application run whenever
activesyncs connects

For info about getting a _desktop_ app to start when a device is
connected via ActiveSync, see my 17 September 2003 contribution to a
thread called "Help with Synchronizing Data to Pocket PC 2002 " in
this group.
