Windows Mobile 5 and onwards use flash disks not hard disks - yet (at least
to my knowledge) and you can open up shares on your device like you can with
your desktop PC to access.

In terms of sharing .pst files you'd normally setup a sync partnership with
ActiveSync (pre Vista/Server 2008) or WMDC post XP/2003 which enables you to
sync mail, tasks, calender appointments etc. You can configure your device to
use POP3 and use it as you would a laptop over any type of network connection
so long as the network can see the POP3 server.

Dragging and dropping files can be done using standard build-it
functionality provided by ActiveSync/WMDC when opening up a file explore
window - built into the OS. My Mobiler is a free tool that handles this
better. I blogged about this tool here:

Can share setups on Windows Mobile 5 be done as well? If so, how?
