I hope I am posting in the right place and if not, I'm sorry.

I just purchased a Palm Treo 700WX. I am trying to sync my contacts
and
calendar between laptop and phone, all to no avail.

My laptop has Microsoft XP Professional Version 2002, Office 2007, &
Service
Pack 3.

I have Activesync 4.5 installed.

I have contacted Verizon Tech Support and they referred me to Palm.
Palm
told me the problem is an incompatibility between XP w/ SP3 and
Activesync
4.5. They said it is a Microsoft issue and not anything on their end.
Is this
true?

I really need some help. Thanks in advance for any help.

Do you have USBSwitch on your device?

If not, read the instructions in the link below:
