i have a smart device application that has a dataset and writes a xml
file "test.xml"
is it possible by code to send the "test.xml" to C: of my computer

If you use RAPI, you can write a small desktop application that copies files
back and forth. It's a bit more difficult to make the PDA control the
exchange.

FTP, HTTP, proprietary socket, serial port, IrDA, custom USB driver, Telnet,
MSMQ, can and a string....

How would you get data between two PCs if you had to? This is the same
scenario.
