Post subject: WMM/APSD setting on MC70(WM5) device
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>pocketpc>developer>networking (more info?)

We are developing an application, which uses wi-fi network, on MC70 device.
MC70 has provided wireless companion tool, which we are using for wi-fi
connectivity.
We want to test our application by enabling/disabling WMM/APSD. But we could
not find these settings in wireless companion tool.

1. Does network adaptor(hw/fw) of MC70 have support for WMM/APSD?
2. How can I enable/disable WMM and/or APSD in MC70 which has Windows Mobile
5.0 core? (either through code or through some application/tool)
3. I read on MSDN that Microsoft has added the support for WMM/APSD in
WM6.0; does that mean I would not get that support on my MC70 which has WM5.0
core?
4. Anybody has an idea; wireless companion tool on WM6 Motorola device
supports WMM/APSD settings?

Thanks and Regards,
Swati
