Is your program creating the GPRS connection? If you create the connection
manually using the Windows Mobile Connections interface, does it connect?
What is the error code returned by Connection Manager? You can use
DMProcessConfigXML to query the connection for WM5 & WM6.1 devices and
compare the differences if you find the manual connection works.

I am just going to setting add new modem connection, cellular ( not gprs )
putting in
number etc as i did on WM 5. I go to manage connections tap and hold and
select connect,
2 to 3 secs later i get message.

Cannot connect
dialed 08459 122401 ( number i need to connect to)
No modem at above number. to check your
connection setting and change them if needed tap settings.

As i said above all setting same as before on WM 5.0
I would not know how to use DMProcessConfigXML
