I just reinstalled PalmDesktop onto a new PC. I used the original CD-ROM
that came with my Palm Tungsten T3. At the end of the install I chose the
"sync with Outlook" option.

I did install the Outlook conduits update from Palm website however.

The problem is that I have apparent duplications in the hotsync setup;
I have datebook(Outlook) and also Calendar(Outlook)
I have contacts and also addresses.

I can't get rid of the duplication. I haven't yet done a hotsync, and I am
not happy to do so until I am sure what will happen.

can anyone help?

Sandy

Just set one of them to "Do Nothing". That is always safe. If you set the
wrong one just change to the other one and try that.

Do you have more than one calendar program on your Palm? I don't know if
the T3 installs a separate "Calendar" program if you sync with Outlook.
