Qmail Error When Subscribing To Group

Hello,

I have Qmail configured to subscribe to several newgroups on a paid
news server. When I try to "Subscribe to Group" and choose
"rec.radio.shortwave", I receive an error "Could not subscribe to the
group.". The entire list of groups has been downloaded to the Windows
Mobile device and the group appears in the box for selection. I tried
subscribing to a different group and was successful.

Has anyone else experienced the error?

Only if trying to subscribe to group I was already subscribed to!

Try this goofy workaround: select any other group, then, before syncing,
tap on that group to select it. Then tap and hold and select "rename" and
rename it to "rec.radio.shortwave". Now you should be able to sync it.
