Using MP4V encoder with PocketPC

Hi,

I am using the Arcsoft MPEG4 Encoder DirectShow filter that came with
my Motorola phone A1300. I am streaming this video real time with
RTP. The phone has WindowsMobile6

The video is rendered at a PC. I am using the xvid DirectShow "Xvid
MPEG-4 Video Decoder" filter to decode the compressed video.

This works great when I do not loose any packets. But if I loose lets
say the first 5 packets, the video cannot render. I am assuming it's
something to do with B and I frames? It also seems to be able to
handle packets after that, just does not like it if the first few
frames are missing.

Also is there a way to access settings in DirectShow for this encoder?
There is also have an H263 Arcsoft encoder on the phone.
