[Advice on Tungsten C Replacement, Please]

If you had a Tungsten C and you were thinking of replacing it with something
new(er) that was still being fully supported, which the C isn't, which
models would come to mind? Maybe the TX? Don't care if it's Palm or not, as
long as it's the Palm OS and I can easily do a hotsync and xfer programs and
information to new PDA and they will work, *and* it works with the SD card.

I am in the same situation as you. I thought about this point since many
months, and I finally come up with a conclusion : there is not an actual
PDA that would fully replace your Tungsten C. I would say that Tungsten
C is between Tungstenc TX and Treo.
If you really enjoy the keyboard, Treo is actually the unique PDA/phone
with a keyboard : however its price is excessively high.

Tungstenc TX is close to Tungstenc C (it even adds Bluetough), but it
does not have a keyboard.

My advice is to wait until April for the new generation of palm PDAs.
Hopefully we will find something close to Tungstenc C.

I have never understood why Palm stopped shipping Tungstenc C, this was
a stupid decision.
