    <description>Hello All     Not content with twisting my arm to sign up for e billing  T mobile did   not make clear that the then current bill would be included without   further notification  So the first e bill that I knew of arrived this   morning and is for two months  It is true that I did not pay a bill in   October and they don t seem to be asking for any  penalty   At least I   can use my own online   </description>
