Most of the components in an iPhone are not manufactured by Apple. They are
still legally, and morally, responsible for those components behavior. They
sold it to someone, it has their name on it. They're liable, and should be. |

Yes it is clear to see who is the loon here and that would be you.
I never said a thing about hating Apple and it is you who has the
"unhealthy obsession" as your many foolish posts indicate.

Not me, fool. I merely made one post that was critical of something
you said. Take a look back at your numerous posts. You are the one who
seems to be 'obsessing'. Grow up.
Time to get your Prozac script refilled. LOON! |

I'm glad we agree on something.

It's quite evident without your admission.

Don't let me slow you down.

You are a boorish child. You do a lot of ranting but the glaring
immaturity of your posts is too much to stomach! You must be a pimply
faced teen. Grow up, fool!

Nope. You got it wrong. The seller of the defective cheap battery WASN'T
the Chinese backstreet battery company in Chintzy Wan. The seller was
Apple Inc. They DESIGNED it. They SPECIFIED that this cheap, defective
battery was to go into it which raised the corporation's profits by 38
cents per unit. They decided to use this battery, not the more expensive
Boohoodi battery. APPLE made these decisions and are responsible as the
manufacturer of this product.
Do a little research with Google using:
Dell laptop fires
as your search criteria. Douglas Brown got a new Dell laptop and Dell paid
to rebuild his home after the battery burned down his house. The battery
was NOT in the range of the Dell battery recall, so DB had not replaced the
Sony battery.
Kindly notice it was DELL, the laptop manufacturer, who was responsible,
not Sony the battery manufacturer.
This case law, of course, paves the way to sue Apple over iphone/ipod fires
and explosions.

Justin, boy. Put that Tonka truck down and play nice in the sandbox....
I don't even hate you. I'm a concerned adult (I'm 63 and have been in
military electronics since 1966.) I'm a highly skilled electronic
technician and have seen the good and the bad since long before you were
born.
