Post subject: Question about "new every two"
Archived from groups: alt>cellular>verizon (more info?)

I've read that for accounts which cost less then $80 a month the "new every
two" discount was reduced from $100 to $50. Is that correct, and when did
it take effect? I will be able to take advantage of the new every two
discount in a few months and I wonder if I will be eligible for the full or
the reduced discount (since I have a $59/month plan)? TIA

It was reduced; however, if you signed up back when it was $100 for any plan
of $39 and up, they have to honor that. New plans are the "modified" rate.
