Need assistance in choosing cell phone

Need a phone for limited voice (around 450+ minutes), unlimited data,
and limited texting. Other considerations: I travel outside of the
country, need push mail from job's server.

I have narrowed it down to these three, but any other phone
suggestions would be appreciated.
