Transferring photos from iPhone to Computer

Whenever I connect mine the windows picture transfer window pops up and
it seems to do the trick nicely.

DUH!! Never have hooked up iPhone without having iTunes already opened...
and guess I never saw the window!

If you don't want to use iTunes you can email the photo to your computer.
