LG CU515 problems.

Well actually I'm not sure it's a problem, but I can't find any
information on the device that I just bought. First of all, if I choose
to use and old 1-GB Micro-SD card I have how do I format it so that it's
compatible with the LG? Can I format it in the phone itself? Also, is
there a way to sync with an Apple Mac using bluetooth, or am I stuck
buying a USB cable to sync with my old XP system? I can apparently pair
with the Mac and can even exchange files, but iSync won't connect with
it. My old XP machine doesn't have bluetooth.

I can't believe I can't find any information on the internet about
formatting the Micro-SD card. There's even a confusing article on
Wikapedia that advises that Micro-SD is a format, rather than a physical
medium, which is just plain silly. How does stuff that's so clueless
get published?

The basic issue is that I want to transfer my contacts and phone numbers
to the new phone. I have them in Outlook Express on my XP, but don't
have one of those proprietary USB cables. I ordered one, though.
