Send them a LETTER by REGISTERED MAIL - RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED. Emails
and phone calls are useless. You need something they can hold in their hot
hands that requires actual motion. Inform them what YOU expect them to do,
not begging on your hands and knees like the rest of the sheeple. Also,
inform them this is your final notice before your attorney must get
involved. Be polite, but FORCEFUL. NO BEGGING.
End the letter with:
Thank you for your immediate attention to this error. Please respond by US
Mail within 15 days. I will await your response.
If you don't know how to write a proper business letter in the proper
format, find someone who can help you do it right. This letter must be
printed by word processing with no errors. Hand written letters are tossed
in the trash.
Get someone to proofread it who knows how to word it properly and isn't
afraid to make grammatical and other errors. Don't be offended when they
do it.
You'd be amazed at how a company like Sprint responds to a real business
letter, instead of this telephone tag and email nonsense.....
Now armed with your copy of the letter and the receipt signed by some
Sprint hack to accepted it, carry them to your attorney, if it comes to
that, and pay or cajole him/her to mail a letter to them.
